These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and jill58 ("jill58," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jill58.club (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jill58 Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Access to and use of the jill58 Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

jill58 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm Player eligibility. All Players are required to submit government-issued identification, proof of Philippine address, and any additional documentation jill58 deems necessary for regulatory compliance before withdrawals may be processed.

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the jill58 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, identities, or device fingerprints — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances therein, and permanent exclusion from the jill58 Platform.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide jill58 with accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep such information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jill58 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jill58 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, Live Chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your jill58 account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

4.1 Deposits

jill58 accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the jill58 deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the Player's jill58 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.

jill58 does not accept deposits via third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. jill58 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources without processing them to the gaming balance.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. jill58 targets processing of standard GCash and Maya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times are subject to KYC verification status and available withdrawal limits.

jill58 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 within a rolling 24-hour period. Such checks may extend processing time by up to five (5) business days. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to enhanced review.

4.3 Currency

All Player account balances, game stakes, winnings, and transaction amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific game or promotion. jill58 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currency from individual Player accounts.

All games available on the jill58 Platform operate under specific game rules that are accessible to Players prior to wagering. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules, paytables, RTP percentages, and betting limits of each game before placing wagers.

5.1 Game Results

All jill58 slot games utilize independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 5.3 Incomplete Game Rounds

• Bonus funds are credited separately from cash balance and must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal eligibility is met. Standard wagering requirements at jill58 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jill58 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on the Platform.
• Using software, algorithms, artificial intelligence, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place wagers or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in chip dumping at poker or live table games.
• Money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited to or withdrawn from jill58.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in published odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.

• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or create the appearance of playing from a permitted jurisdiction.

jill58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Player base. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk and is not a method of income generation. jill58 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly GCash and bank deposit caps that prevent spending beyond a self-set ceiling. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be reduced immediately; increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jill58 Content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works from jill58 Content without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill58's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the jill58 Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jill58 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated gaming outcomes.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime caused by factors outside jill58's direct operational control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures.
• Player decisions, strategies, or betting choices that result in financial loss.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit jill58's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

jill58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months with no login activity.

Upon legitimate account closure not related to fraud or breach, any remaining verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered Philippine payment method within ten (10) business days of closure confirmation, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jill58 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering on the jill58 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the jill58 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

jill58 may share Player data with PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or lawful order.

jill58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms is always published at jill58.club/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly noted at the top of the document. jill58 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via on-platform notice or SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

If a Player disagrees with any amendment, they may close their account before the effective date without penalty. Continued use of the jill58 Platform after the amendment effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the jill58 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jill58 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first raise disputes through the jill58 internal complaints procedure by contacting our 24/7 Filipino support team. jill58 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution channels.
